My Mtown cousin drove over to check out HWY 30. Says the 10 miles east of Tama Toledo is coming along and the joint re-bar stands are down, so the pour should start soon. Still no south road bed started. He’s speculating that they are waiting to use the old road bed for the underlayment to reduce hauling materials. Any update @Psyclone or CR/eastern Iowa brethren?
