If you go to Hotwire and search in KC, there is a 4 star Downtown/Crown Center hotel that you can book for dates during the Big 12 tourney for $103 per night. I am pretty sure this would end up being the Westin.

But the "mystery hotel" is a 4.2/5.0 rating, which is the same as the option for picking the Westin when it is named hotel. The percentage discount to get to $103 also matches the rate listed for the Westin.
This is a pretty good deal for anybody that plans on staying for a few days regardless of the outcome of our game. Actually, it looks like if you even wanted to book just for Thursday night that it is only $97.
