The reports from Mangino and Rhoads made it sound like he has been more of a leader already this offseason. I hope that is real. He's talented and smart enough that he needs to be able to tell his OLine or RB/WR when they've screwed up and they just need to nod.
I'm not saying that's what we've been missing on offense...because there have been quite a few things. But that is something Sam has individually been missing. He needs to be more of a vocal leader as well, but it sounds like he's been leading by example in post-season drills.
