I'm afraid I actually learned something on the HR board. Discussion about Iowa holding. I mentioned the play late in the fourth quarter when Beathard -- yet again -- got out of a dire situation by completing a long pass on third-and-long. I thought holding should have been called in the end zone.
I have been informed that the action in question is not a hold. Nobody is actually denying that the Iowa player hooks he ISU defender's arm and pulls him away from his pursuit. They're saying it's legal. Is that correct?
