Why do the kids in Iowa City keep telling reporters that they are one of the best teams in the country?
Do they need to keep telling themselves and everyone else that lie to pump themselves up?
This is after all of the interviews and quotes regarding the Big 10 Tourney this year and how it is a new season and they learned their lesson from 1st round losses in the past and are ready for this year's Big 10 Tourney as a new season.
I find it sad and pathetic.
Do they look into the mirror and say:
"I'm good enough, I'm smart enough, and doggone it, people like me."
