Well, it wasn't until an hour and 45 minutes into the program that Cowherd ripped the Hawkeyes, but it was worth the wait. (He did get in a few little jabs at them prior to that.) He went on for a couple of minutes, with the basic theme being that they are "the fake ID of college football." It was beautiful.
