I don't really know how to explain it, but living in Ames during game week takes on a whole new level of excitement. You just feel a certain buzz in the air whenever you stop at the gas stations, HyVee, etc, even if folks aren't talking football. Can't wait to see the first RV rolling down 16th Street on Friday. It's gonna be a great week.
