Qued up the call-in show for my drive home this afternoon and was very pleased and impressed that the first topic of conversation was the Cyclones.tv failure Saturday night. Not a pass for Sidearm or anyone else who did not anticipate the need for greater capacity, but there was no ducking the issue by ISU.
Particularly pleased with how much they pushed the phone number for Sidearm and the AD media department for refunds.
Plenty including myself were ticked off Saturday night, likewise need to give full credit when they face the music when that was required!
