I have adjusted the "roster" to the current commitments, dropped Burton, Severs and Brown (along with Rohach), added Fett and Jahlas. The count is 93 actual or committed scholarships. And we are actively recruiting a few more, as I understand it. I am not sure if Chandler is on scholarship. If he is, that is 94. I have also included Catalina.
There are likely some players that are probably injured and will not play anymore. Meyers comes to mind, as we have not had any updates on his progress which, sadly, may be a bad sign. If I recall, there were also a couple of offensive linemen with chronic injuries (in addition to Burton) that may not respond to treatment. Or maybe not.
In any case, if we get 4 more commitments, that means up to 13 scholarships will have to be culled. That could include:
