FOOTBALL RECRUITING: Florida Prep Sets October Official Visit

I just got a note from another Rivals publisher that Kissimmee (Fla.) Osceola HS athlete Carlos Becker has scheduled an official visit to Iowa State the weekend of October 16th. Although the network only rates him as a three-star, the 6-foot-3, 185-pound Becker is a big-time recruit on the Cyclones' radar and getting him on campus is a major coup. He will also officially visit Wisconsin and NC State. Very impressive offer list of other schools, as well. Stay tuned for more on Becker's official visit.
