I had been scheduled twice to get it where I got my first two, at my daughter's nursing home, but they canceled each time, once because the pharmacy had some problems, and the second time because I was the only one scheduled to get it and that meant they'd have to throw out almost a whole vial of vaccine because they can't keep it long once it's open.
I finally found another pharmacy that offered the shots and got an appointment for this past Friday. No reaction to the shot, thankfully. But I think I got it just in time because my other daughter's whole family tested positive for Covid yesterday. Her, her husband, and my granddaughters, ages 13 and 5.
