Farm land rental rates per acre.

Wondering if some of you in the business, could share what recent farm land rates are. This is for a small property, in the 30 acre range in central Iowa. Flat land, CSR2 of 87+. Thoughts on what you're seeing for similar land rentals?
I'm looking to buy to build a new home and rent the rest.
