I had forgotten or never knew that our football team was the 4th youngest in Power 5 football last year. I know it sounds like an excuse but experience matters a lot. Throw in some key injuries that make you even younger on game day and the 4-8 record shouldn’t have been all that surprising. That said, I get that we had other issues too.
