Was wondering if anyone was considering going to the Emerald Coast Classic in Niceville, FL, in November?
It is over the Thanksgiving holiday, games are Fri-Sat I think with the other 3 teams being Illinois, UAB and Virginia Tech.
Was thinking of taking the wife and daughter. Hotels and beaches look awesome down there, and would make it kind of a vacation sandwiched around some ISU hoops. Was wondering about tickets? The gym is small, a D2 gym so I doubt there would be a bad seat in there. But if possible, I'd rather sit behind the ISU bench and the way to do that is usually to get them thru the school.
Anyone else out there hearing anything about this event, or thinking about going? The Gulf Coast has to be preferable to a late November in Philly, or Ames, right?
