I can't shake the feeling I had the year Seneca was a senior in 2002 and ISU struggled to get over the hump due to not having enough playmakers on offense. Danielson and Whitver helped but lack of a quality running back made Seneca a one man show. The defense was good.
I see similarities to this season if no running back emerges to make plays or no receivers step up to replace Butler.
I have heard very little about the spring RB situation and had hoped to hear more about Breece.
Who emerges at receiver? I havent seen enough from these guys to feel confident in the spots other than slot or tight end.
Hoping someone emerges in these roles to take pressure off the quarterback.
