Zeb Noland signed a mid-year financial aid agreement with Iowa State today. He just told me on twitter. We're conversing now. It is not fully binding like an NLOI, but it's as binding as you can get with a H.S. kid who is ready to enroll early. Have also heard Alabama got in on him late and maybe offered.
Noland told me he plans to be enrolled and in class at Iowa State on Jan. 10.
He was previously committed to App State.
