Interesting conspiracies floating around. Apparently several phones have been tracked that have had contact with the shooter for almost a year, and they came from nearby the FBI headquarters. Here is the whole video from the "Benny Show", which is a pretty good youtuber, who is from around the Quad Cities and is a graduate of Iowa. Shooter and the FBI?
