I attended the 'Charlie's Angels' fundraiser luncheon today with guest speaker CMC. He is such a genuine, charismatic and inspiring man and we are blessed to have him as our coach. He talked a lot about culture, and how it starts with him and his staff, all with similar backgrounds and past experiences. During recruiting, they identify 'OKG' Our Kind of Guys who have the character, drive and talent to be successful. He said 5 star players with poor attitudes can be a cancer in the locker room. He also talked about coaching his daughter's 5th and 6th grade softball team this summer to an 18-2 record and how he really enjoyed seeing them work hard, improve and have success. Many other nuggets I will let others add. We are in such good hands with him at the helm!
