I only bring this up because it was a rare encounter. Last Sunday, as I was northbound on Highway Z in Webster County, Missouri, I encountered a Cyclone license plate. We were both crossing the Finley River just north of the little settlement of Olga. What are the chances of seeing that out here in the wilderness?
