Instead of fans having to buy merchandise, autographs and such from college players now, why not keep is simple and just let us write checks, for say up to $2,000 each, for any player you want to support? Or name your amount.
It's kind of like buying cookies and popcorn from a fundraiser...I'd rather just donate the cash and allow them to have more to spend.
For those boosters already doing it behind the scenes, at least it will be legal.
