CR to Ames on 30

[Foxclone]

We are driving down to CR to see the kids Friday night and leaving for Ames Saturday morning on highway 30. I am guilty of not paying attention to previous posts on the subject and need educating on the time it takes to get there. How much is 4 lane and what is the speed limit.
