Never had one. Was looking for something nice for the weekend and saw this at Sam's, decided to give it a shot. Pretty good sized hunk of meat -- a little over 2-1/2 inches thick, a bit more than 3-1/2 lb. Cost about $35. Seasoned it with garlic powder, kosher salt and coarse ground pepper, vacuum sealed it and put it in the fridge. Will sous vide it at 124 degrees for three hours or so, then give it two minutes per side on the grill. Potatoes, asparagus, caesar salad....not traditional July 4 dinner but I'm looking forward to it.

Wouldn't have bought it if we didn't have the sous vide option. I'm not confident enough in my grilling skills to tackle half a cow like that. I'd be afraid of overcooking it and ruining an expensive steak.
