Looks like the Big 12 is going to come down on teams that storm the court. Also fans that use foul language are subject to penalties. This could get interesting. I would love to see the language problem cleaned up, but I'm not sure how you can effectively do that. Will the 5 clap "you suck" be enough to invoke penalties?
