Could FSU and Clemson actually Pay other schools to leave the ACC?

Interesting video on realignment involving the ACC schools. Clemson and FSU are definitely not going to stay in the ACC long term. They can not afford to pay the buyout right now, but by 2030 or so they will. But if the ACC has 8 teams vote to disband, it is all over for the ACC, and everyone is free t go. ND does not have a vote. So FSU and Clemson and maybe 2 more could actually decide to pay roughly 50-60M to 4 other schools each, for all 8 to abandon the ACC together. They would easily be able to cover this from the additional they would be making in the Big 10 or SEC. And the 4 teams getting paid would be in line for joining the Big 12 and not getting left behind.
