I think that it is not bemeficial to many small conference interests to force the B12 to expand as that will just disrupt their worlds too. The B10 would like to see forced expansion happen to us so we would have to get two clunker programs to get a CCG. I don't think this change the B12 wants in the rules effects any other conference so they should allow us to do it without using it to hurt us. I would be OK with the B10 screwing us if all P5 conferences waived exit fees for any of their members that wanted to move to the B12 or the AAC under the conditions of the B10 proposal.
