I believe Iowa State is going to get a nice commitment tonight from three-star ATH Deshaunte Jones of Cincinnati (Ohio) Colerain HS. Rivals' Josh Helmholdt spoke with him earlier today. Iowa State, Cincinnati and Georgia Tech were his three official visits. I think we could hear something within the hour.
I don't think Iowa State is going to get Hannibal (Mo.) OL Dylan Powell. Look for him to commit to Virginia Tech. I had said a couple of weeks ago that I thought if Iowa State didn't get all of the Luke Campbell-Powell-Trystan Castillo trio, they wouldn't get any of them. I felt all along it was either going to be 3-of-3 or 0-of-3.
