Somebody knows how to teach defense. That was a much better effort, particularly given our limitations. We do need to realize that there are some limitations on this squad, but the positioning was much better. Gads, Hield is a shooter - pure.
I usually stick up for the refs, unless it involves Texas football refs, but these guys were really inconsistent, which is the WORST thing a referee can do. That game deserved better. Missed things badly both ways. I will never understand travelling in the modern game. Ever.
Was Cooke with the team tonight? He didn't play but I was wondering if he found his way back to the bench at least.
3-3 is a lot better than 1-5, isn't it? And so close to 5-1. Oh, well. The next game, as always, is the most important game on the schedule.
