i admit, we don't have a large sample size yet, but after seeing his interview about the midyear transfers, he is very very good in front of a camera (young and articulate) and a microphone. When you add the social media stuff that is light years ahead of our last staff (which I'm too old to appreciate) I think we have a winner.
