Nixa (Mo.) tight end (big receiver?) Chase Allen has signed with Iowa State. You probably know his back story well by now. Picked ISU over other offer finalists Nebraska and Michigan. He lived in the Ames area as a child when his dad Terry Allen was an ISU assistant coach under McCarney. Obviously a big recruiting win for the Cyclones in terms of who they beat out. Could end up being the best player in the class, IMO.
