I just communicated with Nixa (Mo.) tight end Chase Allen and he is planning to officially visit Iowa State on Monday and Tuesday of next week. He'll be taking an official visit to Nebraska over the weekend and then is going to go right to Iowa State from there for a non-traditional official visit during the week.
Assistant coach Alex Golesh made an in-home visit last night.
As of right now, he doesn't have anything booked for the last weekend before NSD. He's very high on Michigan after officially visiting there last weekend.
As a refresher, he is the son of former Iowa State assistant coach Terry Allen. And so Chase spent a part of his childhood in Cyclone Country, until his dad took the Missouri State head coaching job.
