On the college floor, there are 2 charge arcs, one for men and one for women. Which one is which? If the outer one is men's, then GN's first foul on the charge yesterday was wrong. Occurred at 17:58 of first half. Defender was outside the inner arc but not even close to being outside if outer arc. If the men use the inner arc then nevermind..Just just curious.
