Calmar (Iowa) South Winn athlete Carson Lensing signs with Iowa State. He was the first verbal of the class to Paul Rhoads and staff way back when in 2015. Carried over to the new staff and appears to be projected for the "Leo" position in ISU's new defensive scheme. Regardless of where he ends up position-wise, he's a versatile athlete that might end up being the only Iowan signed in this class.
