Didn't know they did this, but league gives performance bonuses for players who play beyond their paygrade. BP gets $750K and is the only QB being rewarded.

49ers' Purdy collects from NFL performance pool

Niners QB Brock Purdy received $739,795 as part of the NFL's annual performance-based pay that gave $393.8 million to players who performed beyond their contracts.
