I was at the butcher the other day to pick up some ribeyes and while I was there, I decided to get some bratwurst that they make in house. These were already prepackaged and frozen in butcher paper, so I couldn't see what they looked like until I opened the package. They were HUGE. These brats were about twice the size of normal brats and hung out either side of the bun. They fried up plump and juicy as well. They beat store-bought brats by a mile. They were expensive (about $12 for a package of 6) but they were well worth it.
