Palm has ISU a 3 seed in Columbus in the Kentucky region. In theory, that makes ISU the first 3 seed. Baylor is also a 3 seed (lower than ISU) and they get Omaha? Not sure why Baylor gets placed ahead of ISU, but is seeded below ISU.
