The latest Lunardi bracket has ISU in the south with Duke. Would LOVE this bracket, I could see the 4 teams in Houston as Duke, WSU, Gonzaga, and ISU. I like ISU's chances in that scenario.
Wisconsin apparently is the last 2 seed and goes into the UK bracket, as does UNI as the last 4 seed. If I wsa UNI, I would root for WV to make a run and replace them as the #4 seed. Lunardi has WV as a 5 seed.
Would ISU be best served by LOSING the first game of the Big 12? Seems to me that ISU is starting to border on getting the 8-9 seed( UK bracket) of the top 16. A few upsets and ISU moves up 1 and they are inb the dreaded 8-9 seed, but lose and let themselves fall a little bit. THere is lots of cushion between their current seed and the 16th seed (which UNI apparently has).
