Interesting offer Iowa put out to Iowa State DB commit Richard Bowens this weekend, but doesn't appear to have affected his ISU commitment at all because it sounds like he had a blast in Ames this weekend with several of his future teammates... and a former teammate who is a four-star WR prospect in the 2017 class.
