My choice would be quarterback. If we would have had quality quaterback play and development, I believe he would still be here. Not one QB made steady, level and consistent growth in his 7 years. Flashes, here and there, but no growth. I would argue that, really, most of them regressed. Multiple coordinators, multiple QB coaches, no continuity. That is my one position.
