I am throwing out my bonafide appreciation for Matt Campbell's coaching staff, especially to Jordan Langs. I have been an Cyclone fan since my freshman year (at Iowa State) in 1969. Johnny Majors had an outstanding young coaching staff; but, Coach Campbell may have put together a better one. All one needs to do is to watch any of the special teams play to understand what a difference Coach Langs has brought to this team. (For the most part) they certainly seem like they know what they are doing and they understand their roles. Likewise with the running back room. I realize what a talented group they are; but, they play with a purpose.
This same appreciation can certainly be extended to the other position coaches (and their group coaches). I just felt that a big thanks needed to be sent out !
