Do you consider these power conferences, mid-majors, or somewhere in between? For me, it's tempting to say the Big East and American are power conferences and the other two aren't, but we've seen years recently where the A-10 and Mountain West had several good teams. It's also true that these four conferences on average don't have as many quality teams as the Power 5, the Pac-12 this year notwithstanding.
