Big 12 vs. SEC this bowl season Baylor (Vandy): 45 points/668 yards OU (Bama): 34/471 OSU (Mizzou): 38/502 Texas (UGA): 28/354 Average: 36.2 points/499 yards Record: 3-1

Can we finally end this myth they don't play d in the Big 12. Many of us have said it for years, it's the offenses and athletes. We had 515 in our bowl game and maybe would have had more if it wasn't for the turnovers. Kirk Heirbstreit really ripped on the Big 12 in early December and advocated for Georgia to get in the playoffs by saying a Big 12 team didn't deserve it.
