I think 14 full members works best for the Big 12 and for Iowa State. It provides an opportunity to keep the core of the Big 8 intact while maintaining good access for the old Big 8 teams to Texas for recruiting purposes. One protected cross-division game. Obviously, Texas v. OU will be one. Cincy v. Iowa State. Kansas v. UConn. Texas Tech v. TCU. BYU v. Baylor. OSU v. Houston. KSU v. WVU. 20 game men's basketball schedule - can have home and home with divisional opponents and cross-division rival.
