Fox has not reached an agreement (yet) so they could be on the hook if the B12 changes its mind and expands.
Not sure what to think of this. It could mean the B12 and networks agreed to defer pro rata payments until after 2025 for a digital network, some other consideration or alliance/merger. It could mean the first steps to a GOR settlement of some type within the next 12 to 24 months. Or could set up the worst case scenario for ISU, the conference standing pat until 2024 and playing Russian Roulette with the networks and other conferences at that time.
