Anyone notice Iowa's rank in the NET?

Iowa is ranked 28 today, that is the last #7 seed. Pretty much stuck there. KSU is #29 and I have to believe over the next few weeks, they may pass Iowa by, which puts Iowa into the dreaded 8/9 seed range on the net. So why are people putting them as high as a 4 seed in bracketology, are people just getting it way wrong?
