Anybody watch this WWII Netflix series?

Not sure what I think about , The Liberator series that follows an Army unit from Oklahoma through its 500 day trek through Italy and Europe during World War II. It's an animated series, but it's animation that looks like it was actually filmed with live actors and then something was done to the film to make it look animated. It's kind of sepia tinted, if you know what I mean. I suppose they did it that way, so they could add cartoonish special effects to simulate explosions and guns firing and shelling and such to save on money. It's supposed to be based on real events.
