Hwy 30 is pretty quiet yet, but definitely busier than just a half hour ago when I was eating my biscuits and gravy at the Ames Econolodge. The breakfast room was inhabited by just one other Cyclone fan and myself. The quiet surroundings will soon change. Less than 5 hours til kickoff, and less than an hour before tailgating officially starts. I hope "the Auctioneer" is having a safe trip from Dunlap, He's probably about 45 minutes away from cracking open the coolers.........Go Cyclones!!
