ACC stays together for at least 2 more years

Yesterday was the deadline for ACC teams to inform the conference that they intend to withdraw for the 2024 season. Now the earliest that they could leave is for the 2025. Clearly, nobody was able to find a loophole in the GOR. FSU's antics were all bluster from a team that until last year, hadn't had a winning record for a few years.
