Rant: Why did they change the process for making seating assignment changes and picking your parking preference?? It used to be easy to order tickets, request and seating change and indicate parking preference all at once and be done. Now I am supposed to be getting an e-mail "mid-April" which will then tell me when I HAVE to call in May to request a seating change AND request a parking location. Heaven forbid I am actually busy when my assigned "call-in" time arrives.
Question - has anyone received their assigned call-in time (appointment) yet?? Thanks in advance.
