I've often found it a little frustrating when I come to this site that I have to scroll down "below the fold" to get to the messages. That varies depending on how many Sticky Threads there are. I'm not complaining about Sticky Threads because they are often a valuable reference that you don't want to get lost. But once you've read them they can become a nuisance until the time you want to recheck that Gridiron Club event post or something like that.
Well this morning as I was wondering if you could throw the Sticky Threads group to the bottom of the page, I noticed the minimize icon which allows you to hide the posts under the Sticky Threads banner. And it allows you to quickly recall it when you want to. By minimizing it I no longer need to scroll the screen to see the top of the new posts list. The minimize icon in at the right of the Sticky Threads title bar. I don't know if a new post or reply in the Sticky Threads will cause it to be maximized, but hopefully that is the case or you won't see new traffic unless you expand the Sticky Threads group to check. I really love this new message board software.
