1) When was the last time ISU was truly on the bubble on Selection Sunday? I don't recall having that nervous (will we or won't we get in) feeling for several years. Either we've been a lock or we've been out.
2) What's our worst case scenario this coming Sunday as far as seed goes? Will we for sure avoid the "dreaded" 8/9 spot? I feel pretty comfortable we will, but there's always that caveat that the committee can move a team up or down a seed, and right now we're seeming at about a 6.
3) Selection Sunday show. Remember last year? CBS made the announcement of the selections last longer than ever, over the course of an hour....AND the bracket was leaked. I tried to search to see what their plans are for this year, but didn't come up with anything.
4) That school to the east of us...they're listed by Lunardi as First Four Out. They are listed 4th, so I assume they need to leapfrog four teams or so. How many do they need to win in DC to get selected? Of course hope they don't, but if they do--it would be pretty hilarious to see them lose in a "play-in" game again.
